I concepted and created these social posts and downloadable content for Red Lobster for Valentine's Day 2021.

Part of Red Lobster's Valentine's Day offerings for 2021 included these downloadable e-cards. Guests were able to download and send or print out these nautical themed cards.

​

To wish Red Lobster's guests a Happy Valentine's Day, I baked heart shaped Cheddar Bay Biscuits and burnt words into them using my laser cutter to make them resemble conversation heart candies. I staged them in a basket, photographed them, edited the photo, wrote the copy, and posted the image to the Red Lobster social handles.

To encourage guests to download the digital recipe cards, I created How To images and a Facebook carousel along with stories that showed each step of the cooking process. My responsibilities for these posts were to shop for props, cook the food, stage the food, photograph each image, edit the photos, write the copy, and post to their social media handles: Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

These recipes cards were part of the downloadable offerings. I created them based off of recipes provided by Chef Dustin.
